[HCRA] DX cluster node

As of right now, the K1KAA AR-Cluster node has been "on air" for a full week without crashing, dropping the connection, or abruptly changing IP's!  For everyone who checked it out last weekend and emailed me comments and questions, thank you!  I enjoy the feedback.  If you haven't logged in yet, its free and easy. I did get some questions from a few members wondering if this was an NEQP-only deal.  Nope, the node will be on 24/7, 365 days/year.  To answer another question: yes, we serve up the same spots you see on K1TTT's node.
