[HCRA] Set Your Clocks Ahead On March 09, 2008

Greetings all,

This is your semi-annual reminder that the Daylight Saving Time change will occur Sunday, March 09, 2008 at 2 a.m. At that hour you should ADVANCE your clock by one hour to read 3 a.m.  Daylight Saving Time has been extended by four weeks. This practice, which began last year in 2007, was due to the passage of the Energy Policy Act in 2005.

I'd hate to hear of anyone missing a sked because they forgot to change their clocks for local time. For the record, UTC time will ~not~ be effected by the changing of clocks in the USA.
