Thanks, Steve, but what is this guy, a Libertarian Party candidate? To wit:

If elected to Congress, I will work to: 

Get us out of Iraq now 
Stop our meddling in other countries, and keep us out of Iran 
Keep the military strong by keeping it at home 
Follow the Constitution 
Repeal the Patriot Act and restore the Bill of Rights 
End the "War on Drugs" 
End government intrusion into our private lives 
Reduce taxes and spending that burden our economy 
Repeal excessive regulations 
Return to sound money, backed by gold or silver 
Eliminate the federal income tax and the IRS 
Keep our promises to seniors and veterans 
Phase out Social Security

I can agree with a LOT of this stuff, but a good chunk of my income comes
from my Social Security benefit. Furthermore, I believe we all need to pay
our fair share toward the common good (infrastructure, education, social
services, law enforcement, etc) in one fashion or another. No one likes
paying taxes, but an income tax is progressive (you pay according to your
ability to pay), as opposed to sales and excise taxes, which are regressive
(you pay a fixed percentage of the cost, whatever your income). Ask anyone
which one they'd like to see disappear, though, and they'd probably say,
"income tax."

Besides, I'm not gonna vote for someone just because he's a radio amateur.
Didn't support Barry Goldwater in 1964 either. Anyway, this guy's not even
running against my Member of Congress, and I won't even be voting in
Massachusetts this fall, so I'll shut up now.
