[HCRA] Ducie Island - VP6DX

You guys are making me jealous. No luck on 20 or 15, yesterday or today. Now
I'm off to work.

I did work them on 10M back in 2003 so I'm good for the country but it would
be nice to get them on a few other bands.

Nice work Joe, that's a good achievement. Good for Rick and especially KAA.
Working under the worst of conditions at school. But it probably beats
homework!
