Today's Astronomy Photo of the Day shows a very nice sunspot right in the middle.  The blurb goes on to say that it is one of the first of the "new solar cycle."  Let's hope...

In the meantime, I hope everyone is ready for the two CME's headed for us this month!  They will both miss the ARRL DX CW weekend (one on either side), but it sure is a start.
