That would be BARRY FARRELL FUNERAL HOME on NORTHAMPTON ST. a few blocks north of K-Mart plaza on Rt 5 in Holyoke. 
FROM THE NORTH take rt 91 south to Exit 15, [Soldiers Home]. Take left off ramp and go down hill to second traffic light.  That will be route 5.  Take right[RT 5 SOUTH] and follow about a mile to Farrells which will be on right side.
FROM THE SOUTH  Take rt 91 north to exit 15, [Ingleside]. Bear right off ramp and take left at first traffic light which is Whiting Farm Road.  BERNIES appliance is at that corner.  Follow to end which will be route 5.  Take left at light [RT 5 NORTH] and Farrells will be a few blocks north on your left.  It's a big converted house with plenty of parking.
