[HCRA] HCRA 10 Meter Contest & Score Posting

Make sure your club affil. line looks like "Hampden County Radio Assn". 
  Association is shortened.  Someone has trouble every year.

I handed out a couple Q's down the CW end (I was trying to get my new 
keyer configured).  Didn't have much more time than that, unfortunately. 
  I am still microphone-less; my prosets are launching some absolutely 
dirty audio and I still have them all pulled apart.

Condx were poor?  On 10?  Rick say it ain't so!
