[HCRA] dx cluster downtime mystery SOLVED!

I apologize for the spotty downtime on the DX cluster node recently.  
The ups battery was a piece of junk, and has been replaced.  There's 
also a second battery designated to back up the first (new) one.  Long 
story short, it is going to take more than a Feeding Hills brown-out to 
crash the machine now.
