HCRA BOXBORO VAN TRIP TO THE ARRL NEW ENGLAND CONVENTION

 This year is the bi-annual ARRL New England convention held in Boxboro, MA.
HCRA has planned a van trip on Saturday, August 23rd and is looking for
folks that would like to participate. Have fun traveling with your friends
and save gas at the same time. We have reserved the van and are close to
filling it. There's always room for more and if we go over the 12 there's we
can rent a second one!

So here's the deal!
We have reserved a 12 passenger van for the trip and have ten people signed
up so far. The cost per person (including your entry ticket) will be $35.
This gets you a seat on the van, ticket to the convention and a chance to
save fuel, reduce your carbon footprint, heckle the driver and have fun at
the New England Convention. I anticipate we will fill the van quickly so if
you're not on the list but want to go don't wait!

The itinerary will be:

Meet at Wal-Mart in Chicopee at 7:30 AM (should get us there just about
opening time at 9:00 AM)
Spend the day at Boxboro enjoying the flea market, vendor exhibits and
forums.
Leave around 4:00 PM for the trip home and dinner (restaurant still to be
chosen - suggestions?)

It is not necessary to be an HCRA member to ride the bus - just a genuine
interest to have fun on the trip is all that's required! Bring a friend as
well (you do have friends, don't you?)

Any overpayment will be refunded after the trip is over.
