[HCRA] HCRA Forums up and running!

Thanks to Steve, Tuc, Mike and all,
    I was wondering if we needed a forum with the limited traffic we 
have on this site. The problem is solved. There is a forum, and a HCRA 
site. All are free to sign in either or both.. We also have the hcra-fd 
Field Day Yahoo site for Field Day planners.. So many sites to choose 
from..
