[HCRA] Hcra forums

Hello,
    Forgive that I'm not up as I use to be on computers, but I thought a 
blog was a place to put opinions, we have free space here and opinions 
are what we deal in.. So what is the difference between what we have and 
a blog.. I need to be enlightened..
