[HCRA] General exam question changes

Found a bit more information, and did some comparisons.  Regardless of 
changed questions, the entire "pool list" is different from what I have 
in the book (looks as if questions are juggled to new numbers).  I guess 
I'm better off replacing the entire practice questions with the new 
published pool.

So, in terms of learning, is it just the frequency privileges and 
removals of cw requirement that is different?
