[HCRA] Military Channel: Grenada

Well I am watching the Military Channel talk about the invasion of Grenada.
In discussing the medical students they mention they had a ham radio and
communicated with ciphers meant to cover the meaning of the transmission
(major no, no I know but given the option of death I will overlook it.) So
on the screen they show a kid talking into a D104 Mic and tuning the
inductor knob of an MFJ tuner (missed the model number). 

 

So tell me, how well does your inductor knob help you talk when you are
adjusting it as you communicate? LOL
