[HCRA] Zero Beat and other things.

Hi All,

    Larry wrote the ZB this time from the wilds and dark. He was on 
vacation. The first ZB of the year of the year is normally where you 
find the application to renew/join HCRA. Don't worry we will have a good 
supply so no one has an excuse on why not to join..
You may find the September issue a bit dark, but when Larry gets back 
from vacation, he'll have light to see what he's doing...
    Remember the first meeting is September 7th, and the speaker is 
Steve Ford, WB8IMY the editor of QST, and author of the the yet to be 
printed HF Digital Hand Book. If you want to learn about the new parts 
of Ham Radio, come on down..
    Just in case you are at the Blandford Fair, look for the Ham Radio 
booth and say Hi..
