[HCRA] HCRA Clothing - Phase II

After a few inquiries by you all, I now have Phase II of the HCRA clothing.

fleece pullover and fleece vest as well as all the other HCRA clothing being 
offered.

Once the wx gets warmer, we are all going to be the envy of all other clubs 
with our great looking jackets, clothing, etc!
