[HCRA] 40' Tower, Wilbraham

Owner found my name and phone at ARRL website:

40'  tilt-down tower
rotator,   type and condx unknown

Used to belong to W1ESN, in Wilbraham.   He moved to Florida some years ago.  
Son-in-law has been using it for a TV antenna, but has cable and would like to 
have the antenna and tower lowered and removed.  Base plate is bolted to 
concrete block, tower is secured to building.

You take it down, you take it away.
