[HCRA] Antenna help please

Dear HCRA,
Could someone give me an hour of your time to move an antenna?  I have a trap 
vertical that needs adjustment.  It's too tall for me to remove from its tripod 
by myself.  One floor home on a roof tripod.  I'd like to adjust the 40 meter.  
Basically just sliding a tuning rod.  The problem is it's on the top of the 
antenna!  I'd be happy to provide lunch and "Beer you".  Figure 15 min to take 
it down, a few to adjust and 15 to put it back.  About an hour.  I live in the 
16 Acres area of Springfield.  Parker Street and Cooley by Veterans golf course.
