[HCRA] ARRL Level 1 Course

Greetings!

Jean, N1MJC, and I have been striking out trying to find a "leader of
your local emcomm group" to get past LU-11 activities for the Amateur
Radio Emergency Communications Level 1 course. 

Three quick questions to ask. 

Anyone out there? 

I've tried several w/o luck (either couldn't reach and no answering
machine or no longer in ARES/RACES).
