[HCRA] Dufresne Park Rental for Field Day

Hey folks,

I just got off the phone with the town of Granby. Here's the situation -
We're open to suggestions.

1.  The town has waived the camping and electrical charges (thanks Marty!)
2.  If we want to change from three days to two, that is OK.
3.  We need to notify them at least two weeks before any changes.


So here is the cost breakdown:

Three days @ 195/day = $585
Two days   @ 195/day = $390
                      -----
Savings                $195

I know, it's pretty obvious math but it's nice to see the total cost as well
as the savings. Of course there is a 100% security fee as well, but that is
returned after the park department is satisfied with the condition of the
park after we leave. It has never been a problem.

Since the town has waived the camping and electrical fee (they were $100 and
$60/day respectively) it may be in the budget to take the park for all three
days as originally requested. If Marty had not got the camping fees
rescinded we would have been looking at an additional $355 to be able to
start set-up on Friday.

There will be a brief FD meeting at the Bridge Cafe, Memorial Drive in
Chicopee, MA following the VE session this evening (Friday, May 27th). Feel
