[HCRA] HCRA FIELD DAY 2005 FOOD PLAN

Good Morning
As most of you are aware the food served during the HCRA Field Days
has been superb. A mixture of culinary skill and good planning has been
the key to feeding the hungry field day participants and their guests to 
everyone's satisfaction.
Please review the menu and meal prices, and then send a reply to this 
e-mail stating which meals you, your family members or guests intend on
consuming during H.C.R.A. Field Day 2005. We are asking this simple 
chore is completed quickly as a courtesy to Andy KB1FVL and his staff. 
Your reply will help them plan on the quantities of foodstuff necessary to
properly feed all interested parties without purchasing excess perishable
victuals. It is club treasury that is used to grubstake the food purchase.
All proceeds from food sales go back into the club treasury, all unconsumed
perishables end up as expensive refuse.

All weekend: $20.00
Friday Dinner: around $6.00 TBA there
All Day Saturday: $15.00
Saturday Breakfast: $4.00
Saturday Lunch: $4.00
Saturday Dinner: $7.00
Sunday Breakfast: $4.00
Sunday Lunch: $4.00

Friday-Pizza (not included in the $20 meal package)
Saturday Breakfast-Omelets, Toast, Bacon, OJ
Saturday Lunch-Grinders, Chips, Cookies
Saturday Dinner-Roast Beef, Corn, Green Beans, Roasted Red Potatoes,
                Apple & Cherry Crisp, Brownies, Monkey Bread
Sunday Breakfast-Pancakes, Bacon, Home Fries, Bagels, OJ
Sunday Lunch-Burgers & Dogs, Baked Beans, Chips
Drinks-Assorted Soda, Coffee (24hrs.), Milk, Water
