[HCRA] Congratulations to the new hams!

I would like to take a moment of your time to list the recent graduates of
the HCRA Technician Class that wrapped up Tuesday evening. As always Peter
and his cadre of instructors did their usual fine job. The class went well
and the pass rate was again exceptional. Two of the students got their
Technician licenses BEFORE the class ended.

All of the students were given a complimentary membership to HCRA. I would
expect to see some of them at tonight's meeting. Please make an extra effort
to welcome them to the hobby. And if you have some time, why not continue
the tradition on 'Elmering' and see if you can help them get on the air with
a first contact. I'm sure you remember how hard your first QSO was? After
that the rest come easy.
