[HCRA] Friday's Meeting and the May Zero Beat

Hi everyone,

The May issue of Zero Beat is on the web at
http://www.hcra.org/zerobeat/may05.pdf. As always it's chock full of the
stuff that's happening at HCRA and around the area.

And there is 'lots-O-stuff' happening, isn't there? Starting this Friday
with our blockbuster club meeting featuring N2RLL from PopCom, to the
tailgate party, elections and of course Field Day at the end of June.

Toss in a Technician class that gets their final exam this week, a new code
class starting next week and a special event station at Barnes ARB in August
and we have plenty to keep us going!

Don't forget about Hosstraders in Hopkinton, NH this coming Saturday and of
course NEQP on Saturday & Sunday.

If you have the time, try to get on the air for NEQP. There will be many
stations out there looking for New England contacts. Especially W1NY/m!
Steve & I will be looking for anyone and everyone as we drive through as
many counties as possible!. More info at: http://www.neqp.org.

And we have a great raffle prize worth over $120 this Friday, a Sangean
ATS-505P portable shortwave radio.
