[HCRA] 1st Annaul IRLP Contest starts Thursday at 7:PM

Only IRLP contacts will be allowed in this, the first running of the International IRLP
Contest. The contest will be held starting March 18, 2005 at 0001 UTC  (this Thursday,
7:PM local time) and ending April 17, 2005 at 2359 UTC.

You can only make contacts on the nodes listed on the "participating nodes" list. 
HCRA's IRLP node #7270, South Hadley, is on the list of participating nodes.  Please
feel free to go on and participate in the contest by seeking out contest QSOs or
answering calls coming in on the 146.46 (simplex, PL114.8) node.

Please remember that this is a SIMPLEX node, so if you respond and the remote station
seems to be working someone else, remember that you may not be able to hear the other
local station working the contact.  If you respond, and the remote station doesn't seem
to hear you at all, please check that you have the PL set and that you are not in duplex
mode.

Here's a chance to work some DX the IRLP way...  there are many nodes in many countries
participating in this event.
