[HCRA] IRLP Node 7270 back On-The-Air

Node 7270 in South Hadley has been off-the-air since June 16th.

Now, with a new operating system, and enhanced security... its back!!!
The HCRA archive web server is also back online.

Please try out the node, and send me comments on audio quality.
