See the ARRL Web site for the story behind how that public service
announcement came to be on the Rush Limbaugh network. It was a real coup
for our new Media and Public Relations guy, who voiced the original
straight voiceover spot, which I produced. This one is dynamite. 

Sorry, I'm not a Rush Limbaugh fan but I'm glad it's out there. We're
hoping some stations will pick up the spots (with some help from local
PICs and PIOs leaving it at stations). The spots will not necessarily
run on the Rush network unless local stations don't pick up the
commercial availability on the break. Then our spot runs.
