[HCRA] Tower

Larry:

Yes, the Crew would be interested in the tower.  It would probably remain an asset of HCRA    (in reality, all the Crew's assets belong to HCRA as they are our chartered organization), but it would be great to have for when we do field demos away from our home camp.

I will work on getting it moved.
