[HCRA] This Friday's Meeting

Hi everyone,

ZB is on the way soon but before you get it I'd like to remind you about
this Friday's meeting - it's going to be a good one!

Steve, WA1PDF will be the featured presenter. Steve is the owner of QRP Labs
and will be telling us about QRP (low power operating) and the fun of
building small kits. Yes, there are still kits out there, yet another aspect
of our fun hobby. Not only will Steve be the presenter - he is also donating
an SSB QRP kit for the monthly raffle. Worth over $200 the kit is a generous
donation indeed. Don't forget to thank him while you are at the meeting.

Get to the meeting early and take part in this month's Tech Corner. John,
N1JIO will be showing us how to connect our PC to a transceiver. Learn how
to let your radio fill in your log (among other things)!

And of course expect the usual; good fun, friends and food (coffee &
donuts).
