[HCRA] Hurricane Net

The HWN (www.hwn.org) used to provide this service but appears no longer
to be doing so. This is likely because it consumes a lot of site
resources.

Just FYI, the HWN Web site, as you might imagine, has been receiving a
tremendous number of hits, so it would be advisable to avoid accessing
the site until the current emergency is past unless absolutely
necessary. Otherwise, it slows the site down considerably.

The net convenes on 14.325 MHz and, under typical conditions, may be
heard here in New England.
