[HCRA] New List Members

Greetings,

I have added two new members to the list serve.  They are James and Lucy 
Rae.  James and his mom Lucy have been attending our Technician Class and 
are studying for their license.  They may have some basic questions 
initially to the list.  Hopefully both will be licensed soon and their 
attention will turn to operating skills.  Best of luck to both and welcome.
