[HCRA] 10,15,20 Wide open EUandAF

All of the high bands are wide open to Europe right now.  Was calling CQ DX on 15 and got Kenya, who continued to give me a good signal report even though I couldn't hear a word he was saying.  I tried out the DVP for this weekend (CQWW), works good, apparently I screwed something up enough that the DX can hear me.  Anyway, bands are great, if 100W into a tribander can get into the heart of Africa "5959OM!", then so can you!  Conditions are picking up, go make some Q's!
