[HCRA] Web search function

Gang,

Using a tip from The ScreenSavers (it's a cable TV show for geeks) I've
added a search function at the bottom of the home page. Essentially it
allows a user to type in a search word and uses Google to search just the
hcra web site.

Want more info from the ScreenSavers: http://www.g4techtv.com/. Lot's of
good stuff for geeks!

Let me know if it's of any use. As always I'm open to suggestions.
