The end of another ham radio class is upon us. =20
Calling all VEs!
If you are planning on being at the VE exam for this year's HCRA Ham =
Class 2004 exam then I would like to hear from you so that I will know =
that the exam will go off as planned. We need at least three VEs but if =
last year is any example, I know that we will have at least that many. =
Please come, evaluate and then congratulate the successful licensees! =
Above all have fun and encourage this new batch of ham radio operators =
as they come into the hobby.
The exam will start at 6:30 on 4/13/04 at Wolfswamp Road School in =
Longmeadow, MA and is open to anybody who wants to sit for an exam (not =
just the class members). All elements will be offered. The date is =
subject to change if there is a cancellation of one of the two classes =
left in the course due to inclement weather. I do not anticipate any =
cancellations though. If there is [a schedule change] I will post the =
changed exam date here on this list. I will also advertise the exam on =
our web site. These notices will constitute public notice of the exam. =
I did not publish notice widely [on more venues] because of the =
necessity to change the exam date if we should have a class cancellation =
due to foul weather or other emergency contingency. =20
The best of hamming and
73 de KI1I,
Peter
