[HCRA] KD1XP qrv in Montana

I just finished working Rich, KD1XP, in Montana, using 100mW on 2m.

Of course, I was using the IRLP node, but Rich is out there listening on 
Node 3692 at least
for the next day  (Wednesday).  He'll still also be out and around 
Montana and Wyoming and
will call into our node whenever possible after Wednesday.

For today and tomorrow, however, dial up 3692 and give him a shout!
After that, listen for him calling in!
