Unfortunately, everything in the "Settings" tab of the display settings is
machine-wide. The config for the screen resolution is stored under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
I'm thinking there is a way to get what you're looking for. It'll wind up
being something to put in startup to change the screen resolution. 3rd
party program might not be needed. I'll toy around and see what I can
figure out.

Hey,
Is there a way to have every user to have their own screen resolution on
WinD'oh!s XP home edition, i like a very high screen resolution, but my
parents like a very low screen resolution, but every time i change the
screen resolution, it changes it for the rest of the users, i figured
someone would know how. I would like to avoid using any software programs.
