[HCRA] EchoIRLP node 174467 active in Holland, MA

IRLP node 8180 in Holland, MA now has EchoLink capabilities. You can 
connect to this node via IRLP *OR* EchoLink.

 From an EchoLink client, call node: 174467 N1NTE-L

If you want to access an EchoLink node from the node (radio) side, simply 
use # then the node number you want to access. You cannot cross connect the 
two networks but you can choose either one according to your preference.
