[HCRA] IRLP Node 8180 is active in Holland

OK, after some intense Linux troubleshooting, I got my IRLP node back up!

Node 8180
Holland, MA
146.430 MHz  (PL 114.8)
50 watts ERP


I'd appreciate some feedback (email me!) on the audio levels. I still may 
have to tweak them a bit. I'd also appreciate knowing how far away you can 
hit it. I'll be experimenting with it a bit so if its unavailable, please 
try it again later.
