[HCRA] ATV night

Hi ATV'ers,

Lets make Wednesday nights at 19:00est an ATV night.

Talk back frequency is 144.34Mhz simplex.  The alternate if simplex is =
too weak is repeater frequency 147.105 + offset and PL 162.2  Located on =
the same tower as the ATV!
