This weekend has the distinction of having two great contests, the North
American QSO
Party (NAQP) HF SSB contest, and the ARRL VHF Winter Contest.

NAQP begins at 1:PM on Saturday and runs for 12 hours, VHF begins at
2:PM on Saturday,
and runs until 11:PM Sunday (0400z Monday).

BSA Venture Crew DX will be QRV at AA1YW's place in Whitingham, VT
 (Windham County)
(still in FN32, though). We'll be on all the HF bands (Multi-2
operation) { had the best luck on
40m last year }. We will also be on 2m FM (146.55), SSB, & CW, and 6m
FM, SSB, & CW.
We'll be using the Crew Club callsign, NE1C (New England's #1 Crew) for
both contests.

If you have the chance to play in the contests, point your beam to the
North and work us if you
can! Check again between 9:AM and 10:30 to work us on the commute back
home on Sunday
(2m, individual callsigns).

'73 and good luck in the contests,
de Kx1x,
