Actually, if you think of it as "WR" run together, it's a LOT easier to
send. Take a listen to ARRL Audio News from Dec 12 (last cut).
This is NOT a done deal, btw. The ITU member-societies still must
approve this "New Draft Recommendation" that, essentially, moves Morse
code issues from the ITU sector that deals with wireline stuff to the
one that deals with wireless (Radiocommunication, or ITU-R). Word on the
street is that this DNR will be okayed in about six months.
Bottom line: It's still easier to just send "at" instead of this new
character.
