Mount Weather is a government facility in the Berryville VA area that 
was originally a weather station and now handles a variety of FEMA-
related activities.  The Mount Weather Amateur Radio Club will be 
operating special event station W4M to celebrate the 100th anniversary 
of Mt. Weather, starting on 12/5 at 23:00Z and ending on 12/14 at 
23:00Z.

They anticipate operating on frequencies of:

	7.245
	14.028
	18.145
	21.365
	28.400

MWARC will be issuing special certificates to worked stations that 
request them by snailmail - I don't have an address for this, but if you 
work W4M , they can probably supply it.
