[HCRA] Bad area for HT's?

Hello again!

	I belive I am in a bad area for HT's. My QSO is Palmer, and I can hear
147.94, 147.345, and I know I can hear the 147.105 repeater (I have never
heard that one used). I sometimes hear the Mt. Tom repeater key up when I
broadcast, and sometimes I don't. I am trying my little ICOM T2H sport, and
I am trying to find better antennas for it. I am making sure when I am on
the repeaters, that I am using the correct PL tones, and in duplex mode. I
know I have been told that even though I may hear them, they might not hear
me. Could I just be in a bad area for HT's?
