[HCRA] [HCRA} Mt. Tom Repeater

Hello everyone,

	I'm listening on my scanner and I am wondering, is the Mt. Tom repeater
down right now? I don't even hear the time tone or the ID for it. I sure
there is no problem with my scanner and I am sure that I have the correct
frequency.
