[HCRA] ATV report

Hi Crew!
I hope everyone is well and enjoying the warmer days.
The new and vastly improved ATV repeater has been moved out of my basement 
to the site in Monson Ma.  Hookup will be in a few weeks.

If anyone is interested in seeing a repeater go up or how ATV works, please 
let me know.  I also have antennas and transmitters for trying it out.  This 
way you don't need to spend any money to "See" if it works from your home.  
Feel free to call or email any questions or interests.

Ps.  Peter, I'll get you into ATV yet!
