[HCRA] New member welcome

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome the latest additions to our
great hobby. These are the graduates from the licensing classes recently
conducted.. A superb job done by both the students and the instructors. "I
think I hear applause in the background." WELL DONE.
As is the custom of the Hampden County Radio Association, these graduates
are given a free trial membership into the HCRA. The new members should see
a copy of the ZeroBeat in their E-mailboxes with the next issue.

local repeaters and be sure to give them a warm welcome, and where needed, a
