[HCRA] IRLP is Back

The IRLP install team has finished their magic, and I've done some
configuration
to get IRLP back on the air!  There was a hard disk crash on Wednesday
taking
out the IRLP contol.

The #73 and #411 functions, as well as the announcements are not
working, yet,
but I will be getting these back also as time allows, along with some
newer
functionality.  Stay tuned!  Regular nodes will time out after 4 minutes

of inactivity,
and "reflectors" will time out after 1 hr. of  inactivity.

Remember, its:  146.46Mhz, with a PL of 114.8.  Give us a listen!
