[HCRA] The deadline is here!

Just a quick reminder. If you have any submissions for this month's Zero
Beat get them to John (kx1x@arrl.net) ASAP. He will be putting everything
together and hopes to print later this week. Look for a few surprises in
this issue!

We've purchased the prizes for the November auction raffle. First prize will
be a Yaseu FT-817!!! Tickets will be available at the June meeting. Get
yours early before we run out. Tell your friends about it too, we need
everyone's support on this one to make it work.

It's time to get your stuff ready for this year's Tail-Gate Party, we had
five vendors last year, think we can get five more? Don't forget, the club
is not too embarrassed to take stuff for a tail-gate donation! Immediately
following the party will be our annual elections and a short presentation on
"How to use IRLP Nodes".

Field Day is just around the corner, and is the last big HCRA event of the
season. Make sure you have planned to attend, we really need your help. Dave
is working hard on this years "Field Day Primer" and should have that ready
for the June 7th meeting. Keep an eye on the web page
(http://www.hcra.org/field_day.htm) for the latest planning information.
