[HCRA] IRLP Operating Guidelines

Hi everyone,

As you know, the HCRA IRLP Node #727 is now on the air! There have been
quite a few questions about how to access the node and correct operating
procedure. I have added a "how-to" page on the web site. It's available at:
http://www.hcra.org/irlp.htm

You can view it on the web, or follow the instructions at the bottom of the
page to download a printable Adobe pdf file.

If you haven't tried out the node yet, what are you waiting for? I've heard
some great activity, from all around the world over the last few days. If

John at kx1x@arrl.net. We would be happy to help you out.
