[HCRA] ATV status

Hi All,
A commercial antenna array for the permanent ATV repeater output (439.25mhz) 
will arrive within a week.  Then to put it up....
This is a directional array to put the signal where it can do the most.

Check out the www.hcra.org site.  I have added topographical maps of the ATV 
coverage area.  This is based on elevation and readings taken while mobile.  
Absolute north of the repeater is a null area due to the mountains.  The 
antenna system will not put power in that direction.  By focusing the signal 
we expect a 7 - 8 db gain over a true omni pattern.
