[HCRA] New ATV Site Found

Hi gang,

Larry & Chet have found a great location for their ATV repeater. The antenna
is up (Monson I believe) and there may be some pictures on the air soon.
This is true, fast scan television, just like you would see on Channel 22 or
40. Pretty neat stuff and lots of fun too.

There's a brief announcement on the web page, and of course ATV info also.
