[HCRA] IRLP Reflectors will never time-out

In an effort to stir up some local activity on the IRLP node, I've
changed the
timeout value for reflectors to be unlimited.
In other words, once a reflector is started, it will continue to be
heard
as long as no one shuts it down, or the connection is lost due to a
Internet problem.
Reflectors are great places to hear DX operating in a "chat room"
type
atmosphere. You never know who is going to be out there, maybe a VK,
a G (UK), a ZL (New Zealand), or ZS (south africa).
This in no way changes our policy of giving everyone an opportunity
to contact specific nodes using DTMF keys. If, after listening for a
while, you determine that nobody local is using the node, feel free to
press #73 to close the current connection, and then enter the node you
want to contact (appending the "0" to turn that node on).
Regular nodes will still time-out after 4 minutes of local
in-activity.
When you are finished with your QSO, please re-connect the
East Coast reflector by pressing "9210".
Unfortunately, local announcements will not be heard while the
node is active, but the hope is that more people will come down to
146.46 (pl 114.8) to work some 2m DX on IRLP node #727 in
South Hadley, MA (simplex node).
Over the summer, we hope add a new "gain" antenna and raise
it up to 50+' to increase coverage around the Pioneer Valley.
This is a free service provided to you from the HCRA. Please
feel free to use it, that's what its there for!
